Local Calling Features
Call Waiting:
This feature allows you to receive calls while you are currently
on the phone. An incoming call will create a “beep”
sound about every ten seconds.
How to use Call Waiting:
• When an incoming call occurs you will hear a beep.
You will hear this beep about every 10 seconds until either
you answer the second call or the caller hangs up.
• Press the flash or receiver button once and release.
This will connect you with the incoming call and put the original
call on hold.
• To disconnect from the second call and return to the
original call you must press the flash or receiver button
again and release.
Caller ID
This feature displays the telephone number of the incoming
call.
* The display unit must be purchased separately. Display
messages may vary depending on its manufacturer.
Caller ID with Name
This feature displays the telephone number and the name of
the incoming call.

messages may vary depending on its manufacturer.
Call Forwarding:
This feature allows an incoming call to be transferred or
forwarded to another number when the line is busy or there
is no answer.
How to use Call Forwarding:
• Dial 72 then push the “ # “ key
• Wait for the dial tone
• Dial the number to receive your forwarded calls.
• Two short tones, followed by ringing, confirms your
request.
• When the called number is answered, Call Forwarding
is on.
To cancel Call Forwarding:
• Dial 73 then push the “ # “ key
• Two tones indicate that Call Forwarding is cancelled
*69 Automatic Callback:
This feature calls back the last incoming number that was
received.
How to use *69 Automatic Callback:
• Push the “ * “ then dial 69.
• The telephone number, time and date of the last missed
call will be voiced back to you.
• To connect the call press 1. Otherwise just hang up.
Repeat Dialing:
This feature will attempt to connect a call for up to 30 minutes
if the line is busy. You may also make and receive calls during
this time.
How to use Repeat Dialing:
• Dial * 66.
• If the line is busy, there will be a recorded message
telling you it is busy.
• If the number you’re calling becomes free within
the next 30 minutes, the phone will ring in a special way.
Pick up the phone to complete the connection.
Speed Calling 8:
This feature allows you to dial frequently used telephone
numbers by just pressing two numbers on your phone.
How to use Speed Calling:
• Dial 74 then push the “ # ” key.
• Pause for the dial tone.
• Dial a two-digit code (2 through 9) that you want
to give the phone number.
• Dial the telephone number you wish to use.
• Two short tones will confirm your request.
• To use Speed Calling, press the two-digit code followed
by the “ # “ key. This will automatically dial
the requested telephone number.
Three-way Calling:
This feature allows two other telephone calls to connect at
the same time.
How to use Three-way Calling:
• During your current telephone call, press the flash
or receiver button once. This will put the current call on
hold.
• Wait for three short tones.
• Dial the telephone number you would like to connect
to.
• When the line is answered, press the flash or receiver
button once to complete the three-way call.
• If the third call is busy or doesn’t answer,
press the flash or receiver button twice. This will drop the
third call and return you to the original call.
